1. How long does a commission take?
Usually it takes up to 14 business days for fabrics / materials to arrive, then usually 2-5 weeks for sewing. International shipping takes around 10 business days. In total, the process takes around 2 months.

2. Can you make animal ears or tails? (E.g Cat / Dog / Bunny)
Unfortunately I do not currently have the capacity to garantee a high standard of quality. I have a Fur-Maker that I can work with to create your ideal designs.
3. Shipping?
USA ONLY - Unfortunately I am only able to ship Items to the US via DHL, which is expensive due to an ongoing pause of packages worth over $100usd for export of of Japan into the USA. Currently DHL is the only method and can cost $400-700 usd depending on the weight of the costume.

1. Please check your local post office if your package hasn’t arrived in the estimated time. Sometimes they are holding your package there because of customs.
2. Tracking is not available for all countries. Tracking is only available for Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and Switzerland.

Depending on the fabrics of the garment, usually I recommend hand washing only. Any sparkly fabric will loose glitter by washing it. Any 3D Printed work cannot be washed, and must be carefully wiped down with a microfibre cloth. Please do not machine wash the costume. Remove any accessories first, then use a vodka-water spray or spot wash.
5. Is gift wrapping available?
Not at this time currently.
